Its her lunar birthday today! 28/6/10 (17/5/10) Shelley's actual bday too! Mummny n Papa's on leave and Wai pao has prepared a simple feast for Kirs darling...

Time flies.......she was still a lil bundle of joy in 2004. Me & West weren't married then..We jus started dating...I still rem we went to the hosp to see Shelley baby...

Today she's 6! woah! A very cheerful & independent girl...Some highlights of her Strawberry Shortcake theme birthday at Downtown East Chalet....

Lil Kirs was exhausted after the party n fell asleep on Daddy's chest...Aww...so sweet...

Daikin RC - Ducktours..

We attended the Ducktours organized by Daikin RC (I'm a part of the committee too!) Each staff is entitled 2 tics and I choose not to bring Kirs cos I tink she will not enjoy the bumpy ride and scenery yet, and with my blowing tummy, its a bit tough really...opps I hope its not an excuse!

Its something new, cos Ducktours is quite a touristy thing and we will not pay to actually go for the ride...hiak hiak.....

Happy Daddy's Day!

Its 2nd time Father's Day for Rie! haha..

Jus last yr, Kirs darling was only a few weeks old...n now she's a toddler!..time flies aint it..

Rie Rie was delighted when i presented him his Daddy Day's gift...

haha its a box of Renoma underwear...daddy dun like expensive pressies..he likes it cheap n good..so unlike Mummy..but we can so click! Opposite attracts, isn't Love wonderful? hehe

Then its family dinner and more family dinner!

So coincidentally Newton is having 2 days spring cleaning. So we could take this opportunity to have a proper Tai family dinner at Red Star restaurant in Chin Swee. Else my daddy is a super workaholic..he nvr reports MC nor take leaves..Newton is open everyday except 2 days break in CNY..Imagine! But I'm glad for having such a wonderful daddy, because he cares and provides for us. He's not born with a silver spoon and doesnt has much education. And having to travel fr Msia to Sg at a young age of 16 to work, I guess he understands the importance of money & family. He's not expressive and talks little. But I know deep in his heart, he loves us so much! I love u too daddy!

Stand & Walk Unsupported!

Yeah! Today, she stood on her own and walk approx 10 steps unsupported! Another milestone for her....

She used to need to hang on to something (chair, bed frame, human, anything!) for support to get into standing position then release her grip. Today she stood up herself wout any support n walked hurriedly before collapsing! In her 1 yr n half months (12.5 mths)!

Keke..She's still wobbly n walks hurriedly. A very kanjiong baby....But nevertheless...Good Job!.. Just in time for a great Fathers' Day Gift!

Destructive & Injury Prone...

Now that she's a toddler and no longer a baby.......She's getting more active n adventurous.

It breaks my heart to c her bruises n ba lu kus, but I guessed this is part n parcel of life...n I've to embraced it (though very unwillingly)

Jus yest, she's really a mess....so unglam...

1) there's a scratch mark on her nose bridge..

2) 2 mozzie bites on her left arm

3) she fell n her lower teeth cut her upper inner lip causing cut n blood to ooze..(can't take any pic as she wun allow u to peel open her mouth)

And on her destructive nature, she plucked out the T & Y keys fr rie's delly and so he has got a reason to buy a netbook...n YES, I'm using the stupid delly to blog now cos I couldn't log on to blogger using my dellyp. (I wonder y she dun pluck out the Z & X keys....T & Y are so commonly used!)

Touched 30 weeks this week...more symptons showing up..The pile's recovering, but the leg cramps begin...more bad tempered...not as patient towards Kirs anymore. Maybe because she's quite a handful now n my energy is draining fr the eva growing tummy n the more active Klaire baby kicking inside me.

I'm a Happy & Blessed Woman!

Jus this week, I was telling Rie I need to buy a new wallet. My red long Prada has proved its worth for 7 yrs and my white and beige small Dior wallet for 4 yrs is really dirty...So I started to source online for any new designs fr the major brands..I intend to get 1 for myself as a bonus pressie....

So yest, after bringing Kirs for jalan jalan, bought her bday presents and settling her at hm, I drag him to Orchard at 830pm.Yes, I'm dat impatient...want means want...keke

We visited MiuMiu, Prada, LV, Kate Spade n Longchamp. I only have eyes for the MiuMiu brown wallet. So it is in my wishlist and I will buy it during weekend or on Fri (Cos I'm on leave!!)

BUT.........................................

Surprise, Surprise, Surprise!! When I reached hm today, I saw the MiuMiu paperbag on the table! He bought it for ME!!!!!! So delighted!! I did not expect it at all! I was just telling him yest dat in our 6 yrs tog, he has nvr buy me a wallet and I got him 3....

I m so touched by his sweet gesture dat i took pix rite away using my iphone (dat explains the shadow cast).

Thanks Rie, I know u care n u heart me... I heart u too.....

And also presenting my "Push Pressies".... That is the "reward" I get fr him for losing my body shape and gog thru labour pains.

Her 1 Year Old Bday Party...

Today is her actual Birth date. Mummy took leave n Daddy will take half day to acc her, will buy her a bday gift n bring her to PIL"s place later for dinner.

I was so busy coordinating wih the various vendors for delivery, lil hiccups here n there but alls well ends well. Lil pumpkin was quite tired but refuse to sleep due to the crowd. Usually she will selectively let pple carry her, but i guess she was too tired to fuss..therefore everybody and anybody can carry her! lol

It was really tiring for Me! And i tend to get pekchek easily when things were not running smoothly. Thanks for all the help fr Rie, my Mama, Mother, Cavis, JH n Rini.
